Welcome to study in The Hague

In historic The Hague, city of Peace and Justice, the Dutch government and the Royal family have their residence. Also, many international organisations and companies have opted for our city.

What kind of organisation or company do you want to work in the future? At Kronenburgh you will learn all you need to make a great start or take a next step.

You are welcome to enter our international community! If you sign-up for a Kronenburgh programme you can become part of all that.

Campus The Hague

Our building is in the middle of the historic centre of The Hague. This centre is, so to say, our campus. Thanks to the presence of International schools, Universities of applied science, the Leiden University, the Institute Social Studies (ISS) as part of the Erasmus University and of course Kronenburgh International Business School, there is a true student life in The Hague.

Here you will find the public library, national library, musea, shops, central station that also connects to all public transport.

Put perhaps even more important, here you will find ‘Plein’ the place to be for a drink and some food.

Of course, there also is the beach in Scheveningen, so you can get a breath of fresh air after a day of learning experiences.

Student housing

Housing is really important to live safe and comfortable during your stay. Here are some sites that can help you to find the perfect housing:

Living expenses

In addition to tuition fees and literature (see tab ‘Investment’ at our courses), you have to take into account costs for living and insurance. Nibud has calculated the costs per month: Rent room: 417 euros / Groceries: 181 euros / Transport (in addition to the public transport card): 63 euros / Relaxation, going out and sports: 146 euros / Clothing and shoes: 47 euros / Health insurance: 106 euros / Telephone: 26 euros. So assume € 1,000 per month.

Students’ corps

The Hague is a real student city with no fewer than 20 student associations (corps). These are social associations, sports associations, religious associations or student associations with a social character.

The Hague student associations have the ‘open month’ for all new students in The Hague. The open month starts every year with the HOP week and the OH OH Intro at the end of August or the beginning of September. In September and October the student associations have organized many events and parties. You can just go to get acquainted with an association! Here some links:
